We would seriously need to see one of the names of the channels this is effecting. While it may compromise your security (only a fraction), it also impeeds us from helping at all.
On top of this, we need to know what scripts if any you run.
Have you made any changes to the settings of the bot?
When did it start happening?
How often does it repeat?
Can you trigger it to happen?
What are you channel settings? (.chaninfo #channel)
