check the readme on the scripts, for flag settings.
It is either a lack of flags (you might be able to configure what flags are used) or hostmasks are incorect and do not match.
Have the users that require the usage of the scripts even goa user-record on the bot?

Optools is based on the user flags. So anyone who uses the optools commands should be identified to the bot, else the commands wont work.
Bseen needs a bit of configuration and _attention_ please read its installation files as ppslim said.

Hi,
Well, optools has commands only people with the +o and +n (global) flag can use. So you see +m wont work. Try giving the +o and see.
