why does a bot disconnects when trying to receive the userfile?

two bots on the same shell works fine, but when on different shells the sharebot says:

net: connect! sock 11
net: eof!(read) socket 11
Lost userfile transfer from HUB; aborting.
(Userlist download aborted.)

Please utilise the search button, as this question has been answered several times. Hints : check my-ip/nat-ip settings in .conf and firewall/nat settings on the two shells - can you telnet into one from the others shell?
