Have a look at shellyeah.org - although I failed to register before because they stopped taking on new users (status may now have changed.

http://www.kellyskorner.com/webpages.html have listings of free shell providers also, http://www.iprotection.com/ is in my bookmark file too, can't remember putting it there and not sure if they're free.

If you would like an eggdrop shell for 'free' then I might be able to accomodate you myself on my FreeBSD 4.6 server, depending on what your requirements are.

Shellyeah.org does not allow eggdrops, and though iprotection used to, I never was able to get an account there after repeated attempts. I think that they aren't free anymore. Just FYI.
