How does i remove a permanent ban on a user on my bot ?

lol I have had that problem
try in a dcc or a telnet line

Should list the bans for that chan or see

on the partyline with .-ban banned hostmask.

e.g. .-ban *!*jerk@*.moron.com

.bans #chan (to get the number of that ban)
