What would cause the bot NOT to update the userlist # correctly? I am running a channel limiter and for some reason the bot will only add users to the limit, not check the currect users and update accordingly. If there are 10 users the bot will set to 20. It will stay at 20 even if the channel goes down to 1 user. If 15 people join the channel, it will limit to 25 and stay there till more join. The only way I can get it to reset to a lower limit is kick the bot and have it rejoin the channel. I have tried several limiter tcls and they all do the same so I assume there is something I am missing. I run an identical bot and limiter on another net and it works perfectly.
