I am yet to see a notice saying different. Besides, if some1 that speaks french wishes to help, let them.

i wich know if a user have a % (same a @)
for detect if a user has a @ i use "isop"
but for detect if a huser has a % i use "???"

have you a solution ?

There is no command for this. The mode that grants a user % is not in the standard IRC RFC, as such, it is not included in eggdrop.
