ctcp using tcl

this might seem a bit, newbie, but how would i make the bot perform a ctcp in a proc

eg i wanted when 'blahguy' in a channel says "!ping blahblah" the bot pings blahblah and reports the ping reply time back to blahguy...

The code went haywire. Looks like the forum software can't handle escaped chars.

I have put the script online. http://www.ppslim.ukshells.co.uk/netbots/ping.tcl

Use this version instead, got the other one wont work.

I'm afraid not - I have just done a major cleanup on that shell account 2 weeks ago.
