NOTE: This is very insecure. So be advised.

Add the user to the eggdrops user system, as normal.

Grant them the +a channel, or global flag (I advise channel over global).

first add the user to your bot
then do: .chattr user +ao <#chan> if you leave out #chan the user will get autoop on all channels the bot is op in.
also... try typing .help whois in your partyline
