/ctcp chat problem

when i type /ctcp CodeBlue Chat my eggdrop wont chat with my has anybody any ideas why not?

Is the ctcp module loaded? /ctcp <bot> chat depends upon it.

the ctcp module is loaded i have jmnoptx flags but it still wont chat

Check hosts your handle has associated with it. Most likely your irc hostmask doesnt match.
