userfile and pid error

i get this error:
[12:12] Creating channel file
[12:12] Couldn't create channel file: ******.chan. Dropping
* Warning! Could not write pid.**** file!
Launched into the background (pid: 23299)

how do i fix this?

check your permissions.. looks like whichever user your eggdrop is running on simply cant write to your pidfile path and your chanfile path

and check if you have exceeded your storage quota

I checkked my permissions and I have all the permissions.
I have enough space, that is not the problem.
