Eggdrop as HTTP:server

Post by FreakyComputer »

Hi there :)

I was wondering, how does one make eggdrop be a webserver? Is there a TCL script for this purpose, or MUST I use a module?

I want this, so people can see my bot's quote database from their webrowsers. Also, my channel's website is on another server, and I want to make my website "include" a random quote from the database, by accessessing the server.

Thanks,
FC :)

Well, I found something, but it required me to download an entire webserver thingy of about 4mb. But all I want is something that allows you to serve text, no images or anything else needed. If someone can help me please :)

404 or something, no need .. only my website will access it

Thanks,
FC
