ok thanks
But why the bot don't boot a user when is flooding the party line
I am turned on set dcc-flood-thr to 3
but the bot still not booting this user why? And he hasn;t flag +f

Just tested on eggdrop1.6.13 with a user having only the +p (partyline) flag and dcc-flood-thr set to 3.
When that user copy and pastes a piece of text of more than 3 lines, he is definitely kicked from the bot.
Since there is not a time mentioned in the setting, like with the other flood settings, I would assume that the trigger mechanism is when eggdrop reads in more than 3 lines at once. So, it really needs to be more than 3 lines at once or very fast.
# Specify here the number of lines to accept from a user on the partyline
# within 10 seconds before they are considered to be flooding and therefore
# get booted.
set dcc-flood-thr 5
# within 10 seconds before they are considered to be flooding [snip]
thats what my conf-file says. (eggdrop 1.6.13)
Thanks for the info. Although my eggdrop is 1.6.13, my conf file is from 1.6.9 or something ($Id: eggdrop.complete.conf,v 1.33 2001/07/14 12:38:55 poptix) and doesn't mention it.
