the anwser is NO... eggdrop does not and probably will not ever do this

Multiple network support is the main reason behind most shell admins banning the Emech bot.
While multiple-networks by definition, is to be on different networks, it doesn't stop you being on the same network many many times, AKA, Clones.
Most shell providers include a T&C entry regarding Emech, or somthing along the lines of "One socket connection to a IRC server, per process".
Adding support for this, would only add, to slowing the code down.
