I know ppl have asked this before LOL and I know I set everything properly as I have done this a few times..
The problem is as follows and this happens only with some shell providers and on a few others it never happens.
The bot will accept a telnet connection...ie /ctcp Bot chat and it will send the dialogue etc but it wont connect...No bad password or bad username its set correctly I just wont make the connection..Connection timed out..This is using putty also..and dcc chat also does the same thing..
My freind also runs a small offer bot and this happens to him once in a while also.and when it does happen the bot will not send files either.Connection failed.I cant remember off ahnd what shell provider hes using...
Weird...maybe the shell is just lagged? it seems to only happen during peek hours...
