Requirements:
1) Permanent Connection to the Internet(Eggdrop) via shell or t1,cable,dsl etc
2) 9 lenth nick support (not 32)

I wouldn't call this advertisment. The terms and conditions state that a advert is for comercial gain, whereas this is not.

Indeed, this isn't a advertisement. Creating a botnet unites the users of IRC via there bots, and isn't a bad thing.
