ok i added some users with a +a flag but still he doesnt op them
even me he sometimes refuses to op or takes some time before he does it while hostmask is correct for al people
anybody has an idea why this is

After making sure the bot recognises there hostmasks (using the .channel command should show the handle it thinks they are).
Check the auto-op delay given in the channel settings (using .chaninfo).
The bot will op a user, any time between 1 second and this value

i got aop-delay 5:30
that aint 5 and a half minute delay right !?

No - That is 5 to 30 seconds delay. WOnt op before 5 seconds after join, or fter 30.

i tried ot change it to 0 but .chaninfo still says 5:30
is it a command for telnet that can change this ?
