start eggdrop error ..??

when i start my eggdrop have some error :

STARTING BOT IN USERFILE CREATION MODE.
Telnet to the bot and enter 'NEW' as your nickname.
OR go to IRC and type: /msg CoBeYeuTham hello
This will make the bot recognize you as the master.

[09:49] * CAN'T WRITE TO TEMP DIR

i don't know wat this mean ? but my bot can't work .. plz help meee

, i've made TEMP folder ( mkdir TEMP ) but can't work ?

You need to review your config file, and find out what name you gave for the temp file.

The quickest way around this is the following steps.

1: Edit the config file, and change the temp directory value to "temp/"

2: Save these changes and upload as needed

3: Creat a directory called "temp" in the eggdrop directory (lower case important).

Start the bot.
