How to off echo automatically upon entering bot

Hey I'm wondering if there is any way i can do to run a list of commands upon startup? For example the irritating echo need to be turned off everytime someone rejoins. Is there anyway to off it permanently for every user by puting a command in motd or something. and also if possible is there anyway yo do a .whom upon entering the bot automatically? Thank you in advance

do .store after you've turned off echo. should get saved so its always off.

i tried chon and it works fine but its proc keep looping a sub proc. anyway i can stop it? thanx

Can you show the proc.

It will only ever loop, if you cuase it to.
