ok this probly in asked befor but i cant find the answer.

First off my DCC chat was working fine then 2 days ago it stoped working, the bot still responds to /ctcp <bot> chat but this is all i get.

This is happening 2 two bots both running on windowns xp (i know its [censored] but is what i got at me moment)
i tryed telneting to them but i got similer thing telnet connects then disconects with no messages :(
so i went to the host machine and tryed telneting form there and got the same thing. this was using both ip addresses of that machine (it acts like a router).
I'v replaced the bots with new exe files and no difference. i'v change the prots incase another program was interfering (there now runing of 6666 and 7777.....why not) But im still not geting ne responce.
im probly doing some realy stupid wrong, plz help me :)
