First off, you should make sure the path to where you are storing the web-pages is correct.
Goto the directory where you think the files should be stored, and use the "pwd" command. This will tell you what value you should use in the configuration settings.
If the dir in the config is correct, you need to make sure that your username (the one the bot us running under) has write permissions to the directory/files in question.
Check the script for any settings you can use to show debug messages.
