i've looked through the code and want to ask something about this feature, if i understand correctly bot adds new host when it receives an op request from not known host, but what about when other bots don't receive an op request (they won't add) and +bitch is set ?

Its kinda based around the idea that all bots are sharing userfiles.

so if host is added on the hub, everything is ok, but if hub doesn't receive an op request it won't add host
