The users that arent register in the bot are banned from the channel. Need a tcl that generate a webpage that let the users register (by a form) in the bot, and then they could enter the chan (the bot unban and invite them).

I doubt anyone is willing to make this for you.
Unlike some people seem to think we do usually NOT make scripts for anyone asking. We help people with problems concerning tcl/eggdrop when we feel like it, so don't be upset if nobody want's to help you.
