Having some problems...

Post by Treudenbauer »

Mayby it is wrong place to ask...anyway
1) first my bot does`t identify itself
2) second when I give +o, then it de-op others
3) it seems, it doesnt rejoin after die command (I think it should, or?)

I need it only for loging, for flooding and kicks and stuff I have another bot

1. You still haven't told us what to identify to. It doesn't get +o without identifying to some sort of service, or you or someone else opping it manually.
2. good :)
3. you asked about the .die command, it is used to kill a bot, and therefor it will not restart. You might want to check www.egghelp.org/setup.htm about "Editing the botchk file"

well...it still de-op me

about identify...well it would good, that when it logs in, nickserv or sth like that reconize it and gives +o automatically (like it does with normal users). I can give accesslevel, so Nickserv would know who it is... but therefore it have to be registered and identified...

In conf file there is a part which enter a message to channel: op me because...bla bla bla

Therefore I need that after joining it would be op-ed automatically

I hope I made myself clear :)

Yes, you are talking about it's needs. Either you change there in the .conf or use a bind need like is best explained in the tcl-commands.doc and do a tcl for it.
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.
