i dont want to be invited...
i want a tcl that create a userlist and then the bot invite them when they enter IRC

And how will the bot know they entered irc?

i create the user list, like addnick.

how the bot knows they enter the irc? dont know..

Notify in most cases is just a client hack (hammering the server with ISON requests)
