how to voice everyone that has no voice in channel? tnx

$nick = the person who triggers the proc, aka. you and $user = the person who will get voiced in the channel. And what exactly do you want to do?

if one not oped try to give voice aint he suppose to get a notice that he aint oped? (sorry for my bad english)

No, that notice will be sent by the eggdrop to the person who triggers the proc in case the eggdrop dosen't have op in the channel, in wich case he can't complete the task you've told him to do.
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.

aha ok.
but is it possibel to do so that if one who are not the botowner get a mes if he try to do a massvoice?

Yes, it's possible. Either change the flag from the bind or add some handle checking in the proc.
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.
