Help: bot is not running and I cant start it

That is a error when I try to put work my bot

I have a problem, when I put crtl+alt+delete I cant see my Windrop running. I have restarted my computer.

What I have to do??

CTRL+ALT+DELETE will never show your bot in the way your talk of.

EGgdrop can't and won't launch to the background of windows, and will mean you have to leave a XDOS box open at all times.

Too fix the problem, READ the instructions as shown in your output.

Still, There is only one cygwin1.dll in my computer and that is the one what is in Windrop files.
