i've realised when a server ping timeout, and my bot have no server to connect to it will just .die itself (in the sense that it will kill the process). how do i make it smarter as to not suicide but keep on retrying the list of servers?
also, anyone knows where i can find certain tcl files to upload to a server so i can compile eggie. sumhow everything goes smooth till i make the eggie. when its done making, the linking part screws up. stating sum files are missing. dunno wat happened to the server but it sure seems like tcl just fked up. i say this coz i just wanted to upgrade to a newer eggdrop and i rm -rf my old directory. sad to say i can't load a nut on it now! anyone can help?
