Excellent stdragon LOL :D

I run a bot lending service also. I have a glaringly obvious topic with a web address for everyone wanting a bot to go to. On the nuke site there is a multi-part application form for people to fill out (once they accept our terms of agreement). Myself, and others, then manually check out the channels that requested bots and either decline or accept them. Basically, keeping it simple works better. :)

Well dude, you specifically said "Can anyone please help me make a bot request system" (emphasis mine), and yes, I think people would be glad to help you, but not do the whole thing for you. If you start working on it, you can ask questions when you're stuck. But you have to contribute something!

Ah I see you've got it in another post already. See how much more useful that is? :)
