If you are good in scripting for your IRC Client and in tcl, you might be able to write a script to control the bot via popup-menues.
I have seen and used such a script for mirc some time ago.
But since I'm not good in scripting and never got it working with an other bot than the ones it was made for, I suppose it's neccessary to customise the eggdrop a bit as well.
