This is a cookie OP script.

They are designed to verify that the op that took place, was correct and legal.

The one in question used above, is raekys cookie op script (jusding by the mask used in the -b).

It is only possible to use on networks that support, the ability to remove modes, when thery where not set in the first place. EG, some networks will only allow a -b of (EG) *!*test@test.host, if the ban exists in the banlist.

It serves no purpose unless you have a botnet.
