botnet flags and bot flags

I have a botnet with which I have a few bots on and I wish to make it so that a user has his bot connected to the botnet but his flags on the botnet are +m and his flags on the bot are +n, but the bots still share userfiles. I have been told this is possible. Can someone help me with it?

The user would need at leave the +t flag on the bs to be linked.
