Eggy 1.6.7 Bug?

I have 2 bots running on 1.6.7 and have run into a odd problem

In the .conf file the channel is set with "+k coirelk"
but when the bot loads and I do .chaninfo, it shows the Chanmode +stn.
I have tried doing .dump and .chanset, .netchanset but it would not change the +stn for that channel to +k whateverkey i define. By doing .chanset, .netchanset, .dump I can make the bot join the channel, but if i recycle the bot, it won't join the channel. Is there something i'm missing in my conf or netset.tcl? Or is this a bug?

kill the bot, deleted the .chan file and restart the bot

Or a better way than deleting your .chan file is using .chanset in dcc to change your settings instead of using the config file at all.

.chanset will be saved and overrides your config file when it comes to channel settings.
