hi. I want that mybot kick in itsprivate .. if noone do advertisemen (channel http etc.) in private
if you search in the TCL archive you'll find a private advertise script, there are also scripts that work for both private and public advertisements.
also doing a forum search would return good, I once posted a script like that.
