I think this is a problem.
Oh no wonder its set to in the channel the owner(s) of the bot can only type !peak.
Being new to this part of eggdrop where do I fix that?

NO. o|o does not mean owner access. o is op. Therefore o|o means user must be chanop or global op to use the command.
