Encrypted user/tcl file for 1.6.x

Heya,

I am curious, is there any patch for 1.6.x to have TCL and/or USER file to be encrypted? I dont even need real encryption, ROT13 encryption is fine too.

I just dont want people sniffing around in my TCL's or USER files. You know even on shellservers it isnt always safe, admins can sniff around in ur configs/tcl for whatever purposes.

Any such public patch kinda invalidates the reason for it. Because then anyone can work out exactly in the process memory the encryption keys are stored by compiling it themselves. Most encypted bots are closed source for this reason.
