i have this error while running eggdrop .....

what is the problem ??
my shell or my eggdrop ??

what is my next step to solve this prob?

seems like an identd issue, is port 113 blocked?

I don't know how to use linux so can't help you with opening port 113, try turning off the firewall if you have and see if the error goes away. could very well be a non firewall problem.
