Are you or the eggdrop behind a NAT firewall or something? Try /ctcp bot chat see if that helps.

# This setting will drop telnet connections not matching a known host. It
# greatly improves protection from IRCops, but makes it impossible to add
# hosts on limbo (NOIRC) bots or have NEW as a valid login.
set protect-telnet 0

# This setting will make the bot ignore DCC chat requests which appear to
# have bogus information on the grounds that the user may have been trying
# to make the bot connect to somewhere that will get it into trouble, or
# that the user has a broken client (like mIRC tends to do), in which case
# the connect wouldn't work anyway. It's suggested that you turn this on.
set dcc-sanitycheck 0

What are your settings for these two?

Can you tell me those "I resolved the problem" steps.
I had that problem too... The bot just stops answering and asking the password at the beginning of a new dcc chat session...

I think my bot just ignored me but I can't find the reason why?
So.. How can I remove the ignored addresses at manually ?

There is no any ignore -lines in my userfile...

Hmm...

Now when I try to open chat with bot using command /ctcp <botname> chat ...
... the bot answers ERROR no password set

What that means ?

And when I try: /dcc chat <botame> the chat window will open but nothing happends... It shows:

Chat with <botname>
Waiting for acknowledgement...

It won't ask the password...
What should I do ?

You need to set a password by using /msg <botnick> pass <password>. Please replace <botnick> with it's actual nick and <password> with a secure and unique password.
