try to go like this . wget www.blabla.com/egg.tgz try dns www.blabla.com and do it like wget 66.66.66.66/egg.tgz . i hope it will work

France: ftp.club-internet.fr/pub/eggdrop/source/1.6/eggdrop1.6.15.tar.gz
The Netherlands: ftp://eggheads.mysmartcity.nl/eggdrop/s ... .15.tar.gz
Poland: ftp.pl.eggheads.org/pub/eggheads/eggdrop/source/1.6/eggdrop1.6.15.tar.gz
