1)
okay, so the past week or so i've been building up a botnet, and some idiot decides it would be fun to clone-flood my channel.
I think to myself, Great! my bots are gonna have something to do....
So, i set the ban, (the flood clones where all named with a FEL prefix, so i just set the ban for FEL*!*@* on bot1)
Bot1 bot2 bot3 all receve the ban properly over the botnet, and it is registered as a global ban on all of the bots. But, when bot1 starts to kick them, bot2 and bot3 think bot1 is kick-flooding so they kick him, and then bot1 and bot3 think bot2 is kickflooding, etc
all my bots are set with +f - so i am unsure why they would be banning eachother for floods, i thought +f made them immune to flood detections...
2)
A user was added to the Network Services as an op in the channel.
A few days later, he is removed from the services op list.
Chanserv tries to deop him, but bot1 says 'lets re-op him!'
chanserv says 'no no! deop! DEOP!'
bot1 disagrees, and smites chanserv by re-opping the user...
it goes on and on ;(
the user is set with the +f flag, but how do i stop this while keeping the +f flag on

all the bots in my botnet are using these settings for all the channels they are in:
