msg unban

Hi, can someone help me please to write msg unban script, and when someone msg the bot /msg bot unban, bot should unban the person, so bot should check the nick and unban the nick, whoever msg for unban.

if i do /msg bot -ban and bot listen "-ban" and -ban the nick?
