op-voice people only if they are in bot

Hi i have search the tcl archive for this tcl without results.

i want the people to be in the partyline before they can op or voice themselves on a channel. if when they join the channel and take op or voice but they dont enter the partyline after x minutes the bot deop/devoice the users and notice them to join the partyline before they can op/voice themselves again

hop it is explain clearly enough

Ok...how about using dcc commands to op/voice then?

That's not what you asked for first. Now you'll have to start a timer when ever someone not on the partyline gets oped/voiced.

ok i`ll try to explain it more clearly ( english is not my main language)

what i want is a tcl that deop and or devoice users known to the bot after a givin time ( 10 minutes) if they are not in the partyline

meaning that to be op or voice in the channel you must be in the partyline first

hope it is better explain

do you think it is possible to do ? or it will be a waste of time trying ?
