i need a ping tcl script

hello
i need a ping.tcl script who when I or someone else write in a channel "!ping" , the bot wil ansear in channel with something like "$nick has $seconds lag" but i can not find one, but i now that kind of script exist i see it work on a&a bots
if you now hwere i can find a such of script please let me now
