I'm pretty certain that I set it up correctly, when I launch it I get no errors. It just doesn't show up. Some one told me to telnet to it, but so far I can't do that either.
Has anyone come across this happen before?

On the Shell do ps -x to see if the process is even running...
Also make sure you have a telnet port ( listen #### all ) Where #### is a # between 1024 and 65500
Then you can telnet to the bot via ip (vhost):Port #

in the bot, type .status
then type .server
maybe the bot is on a split server, maybe the bot cant find a server, or maybe the bot is on another network
