How can I set up a dde server ?

In have "mel" on my eggdrop. And I have downloaded autoircstats.. =) I need dde server to announce! How?

DDE is a local server, which has nothing to do with the internet. It is a method for 2 (or more) windows (yes windows only) to comunicate with each other, on the same system.

Unless you are running a windrop, and plan to use this DDE required script, on the same system, then it would be pointless to attempt it.
