flag help

how do i bind a pub command that will execute only if the user has minimum +v flag. for example i bind a command v|v . and the user has flags on a channel +mno. if i use the command the bot will bot respond. only if i add +v to the user. maybe is a "matchattr" or something like that ?

don't use v|v but -|v
if you use v|v, it means the user must be voice on the channel and global voice...

Yes, a global v flag with no channel flag will trigger the proc even if the bind is v|- or just v.

even though you are global +v,
if the bind is -|v , you must still add yourself as #channel +v
