Few days after installing eggy 1.6.7 (the previous version was 1.6.6) the DCC started acting up.
When I try to open DCC chat to the bot, the IRC client just sits there and eventually timeouts.
From the bot's point of view, the DCC chat is opened normally and since there's no input from user, the login timeouts.
I never had any problems with DCC earlier and I can still DCC to other bots (1.6.6s). Telnet seems to work normally.

Have you contacted the shell admin, to find out if anything on there side of the network has changed?

I run it on my own machine, and I haven't changed anything; it's been running like that for months.

Yep, I do have psybnc running in the same shell, but I'm not accessing eggdrop via psybnc.

Solved the problem; I had changed the dcc settings accidentally from the BX - it did affect only to the machines in the local network. :-/
