I just signed up with them, its been 2 days since. No email that they got my order, nobody answers on the phone and nobody is available on the help channel. Whats up with that kind of service??!!?!?!

I was setup with them rather quickly ..... and have had any problems for the most part resolved quickly...

Some of their vhosts dont work .... thats about it

..and they promised that they will arrange i-line for ircnet.. but still nothing (almost whole month)... so IRCnet users money its thrown back.

PsYchBoY, try all their mails: sales@psychz... , billing@psychz.. support@psychz... greedo@psychz.... sooner or later greedo will answer you.. and don't forget to bother him on psychz@efnet channel =)
