Outlandz is pretty good They keep you informed of things and upcoming reboots that are necessary for upgrades and so forth

I can confirm that outlandz is ok, they hooked me up in like 15min.
They seem to have good uptime on their servers and they tend to be present in their suport channel on EFnet #outlandz and thats more than I can say about my other shell providers.

So if you want a shell there I suggest you join that channel and have a look for yourself, I think that they have the !uptime comand enabled so you can see the present uptimes on their servers. Oh and the guy in charge is Denny but there is other admins too.

I recently got an acct with StaticNetworks(my first shell acct). Within a minute after I placed the order they called me. They might of been right there doing it anyways. I have 2 bg processes. They seem to be running real well.

Have been running 13 bots on StaticNetworks for over a month now. No complaints. They also keep customers informed. :)

I was lucky and got in when the prices were still low.

There is a lot of communication with outlandz as well.
