After linking my bots together, how do I command all of them just by giving commands to a single (hub) bot?

For this purpose, the bots require a script that can do this sort of action.

It all depends as to what commands you want to do.

A good botnet script, to do commands on all linked bots would be netbots. goto http://www.egghelp.org/ for information on this script.
